To rebut your point, NWBO could publish the minutes of the conflicts committee

the conflict of interest could have been avoided had Advent been made an NWBO subsidiary as they should have. I bet that Advent at present is worth 3x more than NWBOs market cap yet NWBO needs to pick up Advent monthly invoices, isnt that a kicker?
