I do not remember and do not care to wade through that many posts.
They were referencing the conflicts committed was their rebuttal to my own concerns about what I believed a reasonable person would consider conflicts of interest on the face of them.
I do not recall them providing much granularity on the work of the committee to have not found anything but a simple google search will documents filed with the SEC saying such a committee exists who was on it.
