You have 1GB of memory, but your score shows 1280MB. What gives with that? And what do you mean "doesn't support IE7"? I'd be a tad leery of that red flag...
Obviously, every machine is different, but with your hardware setup, I'd have guessed a score well over 1000. Just my two cents worth...
For comparison. I have a Dell 2002 Model 4500 Series so my machine is similar to yours. I have Windows XP and IE7. My system is slightly faster with 2000 Mhz vs your 1800. I have only 512 MB ram vs your 1280.
I did not get a red flag for Security. I think you need to check that out.
