For comparison. I have a Dell 2002 Model 4500 Series so my machine is similar to yours. I have Windows XP and IE7. My system is slightly faster with 2000 Mhz vs your 1800. I have only 512 MB ram vs your 1280.

I did not get a red flag for Security. I think you need to check that out.

Otherwise it looks like we have similar machines.
