Bob is so right and this is what Northwest owns!!!
The total property consists of 67 acres. 50 acres was sold to Huawei, retaining a 35 year lease. Improvements include an 88,000 sq. Ft. manufacturing plant with an attached Global Marketing License(MIA) for immunotherapeutic products and an HTA(Human Tissue) license that allows for manufacturing of a myriad of immunotherapeutic treatments with freezer storage for 3 million vaccines. Currently, beyond the office suites there are 2 “B” suites for manufacturing 1000 vaccines per year that are being used in London’s Kings College compassionate care programs for patients with Brain cancer. As part of the development process, 2 "C" Suites are scheduled to house the Flaskworks automated systems so that the company can scale to demand as the demand increases after approval and increased awareness of the DCVax-L vaccine.
Additionally, there are 17 wholly owned, undeveloped acres across from the Sawston plant that are currently”Not Zoned” and are suitable for neighborhood development. The property is approximately 53 km from London.
IMO, the Sawston facility is worth at least $1.5 Billion! AND as a note to the bashers, read my last post. Your party is OVER!!
Cheers,
BB
