The judge ruled that the spoofing episodes didn’t have any long term impact on NWs SP. This is an unbiased view so I will take it a face value. So that leaves the question: Who is responsible for the long-term erosion of the SP? Easy one: Management. Period. LP will not be deterred by this court ruling and stop the never-ending adding of shares to the marketplace to finance Advent.
