The Judge may have reduced the size of the suit, but I still believe the 7 MM's will never want this to go to court. I still wouldn't be surprised if a settlement isn't forthcoming in the near future.

That does not do away with 65's (and its progeny's) requirements.

You left out "promptly." NWBO would have to request it, provide evidence it is ongoing, and it would be litigated before a decision.
