You might consider that it isn't easy moving nearly 2.3 billion shares. Patience will net them a far greater profit than dumping all at once. We may not see the reg a dilution move forward until that is completely done. Those shares off of last weeks press release got soaked up without any significant move North for the price. They can afford to let you flippers taking profit. 😆 They will own as much of the selling as possible up against this recent low. Then the range moves lower until the liquidity dries up. That will be the point where the reverse split happens. Pretty tried and true model.

Pursuant to these agreements, we issued a total of 2,273,000,000 shares in payment of a total of approximately $1,053,817 of indebtedness, including default interest and penalties, represented by such convertible promissory notes.
