The MHRA counts only clock-on days, and reports only clock-on days. Their average clock-on days for the last 14 MAAs is 290 clock-on days,

If NWs clock started on 1/24 when the MAA was validated, and if they had 60 days clock-OFF days for an RFI, then NWs current clock-on day number is 297 (7 days longer than the average of the last 14 MAAs).

You keep responding with the same silliness, but I am certain that you actually understand that there is a difference between ON and OFF.

Not quite.

We are at 297 clock-on days from January validation. 254 from March confirmation.

" 66 days longer than your average." So ask yourself why? Maybe-just maybe they are having trouble with the submittals /inspection results and they need NWBO to clean up their act. Not a fact Just guessing minions.
