Boeing's leasing company owns the planes it leases to American Airlines same with AA HQ which is owned by large financial institution.
Therefore so you say Boeing lease company now owns and controls American Airlines. Interesting how that works in North Korea but not in America.

NWBO owner of DCVAX IP is a customer of Advent Bio Ltd. So your reasoning now is that customers own the business they provide assignments to.
Also very interesting in Venezuela but also it does not work like that in America.

Sure , and let's say NWBO and Advent negotiate the price for cooperation , then who will negotiate with who to determine how much money should go where ?? And the answer is.....????

No, Advent has a sublease on the GMPO approved portion of the facility that lasts as long as NWBO has the master lease. This is clearly described in the sublease contract on Edgar. That contract specifically notes in Exhibit A at the end that it includes 4 hotel cleanroom suites (2 completed, 2 planned), labs and cryostorage freeers.. So those are Advents.

The total subleased space is about 14k sq feet. That agrees with what has been PR'd as the initial GMP space plus the expansion.

One can also see in the latest 10Q that most all of the value put into the facility since the sale/lease/sublease is in the form of leasehold improvements. 18.7M in leasehold improvements vs $3.2M in computer and manufacturing equipment. It is a very safe bet that the vast majority of the leasehold improvements are in Advents subleased space.

And finally, most of the GMP license is not for the facility but for the implemented operations. That is all Advent.

I think the key is Advent acquired the license for NWBO. If the license was solely Advent's then Advent could set up shop anywhere around the world or even in the next town a few miles away and take the license with them. They cannot. It belongs only to the Sawston facility. 

They will argue all night on it and I do not have the patience for them on this subject so I responded to you.
