Advent BioServices' only value add are the highly technical personnel on their payroll. They hold no IP, own zero equipment, cannot transfer or apply for an MIA without IP and equipment needed for operating the CDMO. We have contracts with them they cannot simlply nullify as that isn't how contracts work. The structure works well as Northwest Biotherapeutics has not had to take on even more dilution or debt to fund their payroll which would likely make our burn rate well over $10M per month.
You simply like to manufacture BS while Advent are manufacturing life-saving vaccines. Telling! I can't wait to see how many more posts on this site have been catalogued by Cohen Milstein in their spoofing lawsuit. There's an obvious effort to discredit the company at every achieved milestone. I am buying more on Friday.
