some of your copious effluent may contain random facts, but I stopped reading the drivel long ago due to the wild speculations, constructed conspiracy theories, and the amazing "connect the dots" logic used to come to abstract conclusions.

don't bother to respond to this post, because I will not engage you further in your ponderous keyboard harangues.

Just after the truth of things Atlanta. You label something a conspiracy due to the negative connotation of that label as a way to try to cast a shadow over some of what i post. However a conspiracy is simply two or more parties working together or in parallel.

Theres been a conspiracy here involving Anson and its family of funds. Thats a fact.
Hutchison Effect is legit as shown by several sources of evidence from scientific study, to multiple scientists confirming, to a bible fused with steel column without heat damage, to the tens of thousands of Teslas that suffer spontaneous fracturing of suspension (including brand new vehicles), to Airplanes suffer spontaneous snapping of landing gear or even a door that flew off, & while i cannot prove with sufficient evidence, there are spontaneous fracturing of metal implants. If im right, there will be more incidents of that occurring and thus Sintx Si3N4 coating will absolutely be required to reduce potential lawsuits and liability.
Thats not even a comprehensive list. Pipeline suddenly bursting, building (including newly constructed ones), & bridge collapses are just a few more but harder to sufficient prove was caused by the Hutchison Effect. Still I dont need to prove it with past examples, the future will prove it for me when these problems get worse.

Proof that science behind the Hutchison Effect is classified in at least Canada:

My work has been classified as a matter of National Security by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service

the spontaneous fracturing of metals;

changes in the crystalline structure and physical properties of metals;

fusion of dissimilar materials such as metal and wood, while lacking any displacement;

the anomalous heating of metals without burning adjacent material;

List of Hutchison Effect Phenomenon observed:

There are several modes of metal disruption that were part of the Hutchison Effect
including:
1. Heating. The sample, typically ferrous, may be brought to incandescence with small
sparks flying from it but no heating effects are seen on the plywood board on which
it is placed. No electrical connections are attached nor are there nearby high-power
RF heater coils. Small coins of copper and nickel adjacent to the sample are
unaffected.
2. “Jelly Metal”. The sample, usually a cast aluminum bar, is seen to quiver as if made
of jelly. On occasion, drops of what appear to be molten aluminum are seen to fall
from the sample. The sample is on paper or cardboard which shows no sign of
sensible heat. In one case, a common steel cutlery knife which had lain on top of an
aluminum flat bar was found to have literally sunk several millimeters into the
aluminum bar. The knife appeared not to have been affected.
3. Delamination. The sample, usually an extruded aluminum bar, opens up either at
the end or in the middle into uncountable small fibres, the lines of delamination
appearing to be along planes parallel to the extrusion direction. In many aluminum
bars, the delamination occurs at the centre and the bar is literally pulled apart into
two pieces. Here it appears as if the metal was grasped at the ends and pulled apart
by a tremendous force resulting in severe delamination into fibres. No evidence of
grips which would be necessary to pull the metal apart can be found.
4. Clean Fractures. Some samples, notably steels, simply fracture apart either in
directions parallel to their long axis or at other angles. Steel samples such as flat files
have fractured in several places and the resulting faces are magnetized. However
adjoining faces are magnetized such that they repel each other. Normally, fracturing
of bar magnets results in adjoining faces attracting.
5. Severe Deformation. In ferrous or non-ferrous samples, typically bars or rods, the
MUT is twisted into bizarre shapes as if the metal was in a completely plastic state.
No heating effects are seen on the surface or interior of the MUT, nor are grip marks
which would indicate a forced deformation. In some cases the MUT is bent into a
completely tight U-shape with no attendant flattening or bulging at the bend.
6. Pitting. Pitting, gouging or other small-volume metal removal occurs typically in
ferrous MUT either at the one or both ends or at the middle of a bar or rod. In some
cases, the case-hardening of a case-hardened shaft has been “blown off” into a
powder revealing the softer steel underneath.
7. Crumbling. Approx. 6 mm of the end of a large (eg 52 mm diameter) steel shaft
crumbled like a cookie into small (~ mm across) crumbs and dust while lying on a
wooden board. Later examination of the board revealed no evidence of heat but a 2-3
mm indentation in the shape of the shaft.
8. “De-Alloying”. Typical commercial aluminum alloys have fairly well-distributed
alloying elements (eg Cu, Mg, Si, Fe). Upon being placed in the “field”, SEM/EDX
and electron microprobe analysis reveals blobs of pure elements situated along
fracture lines, apparently coming out of solid solution (Figure 7). In the case of
ferrous MUTs, at locations of severe deformation visible patches of copper appear.

Biblical text from the Gospel of Matthew were found fused to metal in the wreckage at Ground Zero.Credit Jin Lee, via National September 11 Memorial Museum

The pages of the Bible in which they were printed had fused to a chunk of steel as the World Trade Center collapsed, to be found only months later.

The artifact is to be shown to Pope Francis when he visits the National September 11 Memorial Museum. It was given to the museum by the photographer Joel Meyerowitz, whose book “Aftermath: World Trade Center Archive” is the definitive pictorial chronicle of the months following the attack.

Why September 11th was a False Flag that gave the US grounds to leave the 1972 ABM Treaty which then allowed for the formation of SpaceX and eventually Starshield

The US was about to violate the 1972 ABM treaty in the months following this article. 911 occuring saved the US from violating the treaty!

This is consistent with my analysis. 12 PT is consistent with the downtrend continuing but fills the gap. Higher is needed to breakout of current trend. A big new contract will send this well over 12 and should help Lind exercise its Series F warrants before August.

@amda something good is coming. Several positive signs are pointing to a new day for this company. I’m expecting a big new contract soon. My 2025 SP target is $12. We could see much higher.

https://stocktwits.com/littleguyfinance/message/600071848

Lets consider some other positive moves.
First was the buyback announcement of up to 20% which should be completed by Q2 or early Q3 2025 based on the use of the word "several" which implies more than 2 but not very many. 20% of the OS means that the float would drop to about 1m shares. I suspect that they bought back the majority of the shares on the day of the announcement given the sheer volume of shares traded.

SINTX Technologies Announces Stock Repurchase Program

Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program to buy back up to $500,000 of the company’s outstanding common stock over the next several quarters which equates to about 20% of total outstanding shares.

Next they announced the hiring of Mr Honigblum as Chief Strategy Officer. Mr Honigblum aided Sintx in raising funds over almost the entire time it was a private entity stopping as soon as it went public. The fact that he is back and that the employee share plan was expanded, conveniently, suggests that hes going to aid in SINT valuation better reflecting the value of its tech and be rewarded for his years of service via issued shares.

SINTX Technologies Appoints Gregg R. Honigblum as Chief Strategy Officer

n this role, Mr. Honigblum will oversee driving corporate strategy to support SINTX’s growth initiatives and enhancing investor relations.

Next thing to consider is Lind Partners Series E & F warrants. Specifically its Series F warrants. Those warrants have a strike price of $50 and expire August 2025. Thus for Lind to be able to utilize those warrants, one might think that SINT sees a price pump over $50 before August. As i already indicated, a float of 1m shares at that price, is only a valuation of $50m or so which Sintx is easily worth more than at current time based on its IP and partners. Hell its partnership with NedMedical is worth more than $50m by itself considering the microsphere cancer market is worth $5-15b. There are 3 products that could be released in a 2-5 year period for which they should already be a year into and product one being the easiest to bring to market. Products 2 & 3 will require trials and alot of capital.

The Class E and Class F Warrants were immediately exercisable at a price of $50.00 per share. The Class E Warrants expire five years from the date of issuance and the Class F Warrants expire eighteen months from the date of issuance.

Then of course there is NedMedical a wildcard in this. As far as i can tell so far, NedMedical has only raised a 1.8m seed round and was due for a Series A sometime Q1 2025 according to its CEO. Given Sintx and NedMedical's partnership, there is two distinct possibilities here, especially considering the product being created only works with Sintx ceramic microsphere technology. First Sintx could take an investment stake in NedMedical acquiring a portion of the company. The other is Sintx merges NedMedical into it as a subsidiary. Both of these scenarios require significant increase in valuation and cash for Sintx to manager either say a 20% stake or 50+% merger with Ned.

Given a Zimmer Biomet's board member's, i think son, is on Ned Medical's scientific board only supports these scenarios. Arthur Higgns, i believe to be dad, and NedMedical's Dr Luke Higgins, i believe to be the son.

What all this supports is SINT price increasing significantly this year if the August warrants are to be used and the fact that NedMedical is supposed to raise funds. In odd synchronicity, NedMedical is located outside of Boston which tickles me. Lots of reasons to be bullish but obviously timing is everything. Outside of calling a Tesla running a redlight and a solar storm a month before it happened, i dont have the greatest track record of predicting when something will happen. Still waiting for ZB to officially announce at least a partnership with Sintx.

Anyone can verify this factual information at the following links. My analysis is obviously mine but can be verified in previous posts to look for consistency as new information arises.

For continued coverage of significant Airplane malfunctions and why Sintx Si3N4 aerospace products are needed goto my research board. 24 plane malfunctions since December 22nd.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/Bostons-research-43724

Here is a collection of my research going over multiple subjects including Sintx connections with Zimmer Biomet, Solventum, Morgan Ceramics, & NP Aerospace. Includes other research topics as well.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175357996

========================================

We already know Sintx and Morgan were working together. If there is going to be some sort of NP/Sintx merger, that just solidifies it. We also know Zimmer Biomet and Sintx have had a long standing relationship (going on 20 years) so as long as Sintx components for Arthroplasty are any good, Zimmer Biomet will come out from behind the curtain. With ZB comes ZimVie and I believe Solventum because of Bryan Hanson. Leaving only Cardinal Health which is suggested by Sintx hiring of Joseph Palomo who joined Sintx from Cardinal Health R&D division.

Morgan Ceramics = Aerospace products
Zimmer Biomet = Arthroplasty oriented products
ZimVie = Dental?
Solventum = Wound Care, Catheters, & possibly Cancer treatment products.
Ned Medical = Microspheres for cancer treatment
Cardinal Health = PPE & Medical protection apparel.
NP Aerospace = Armor plates & other possible products connected to TA&T.

========================================

Markets Si3n4/Sintx Ceramics can be used in (not comprehensive)

Otho Market = $64 billion
Personal Protective Equipment market = $79.53 billion
Global Catheter market = $55bn
Antibacterial market = $44.5bn
Wound Care market = $22.25bn
Biosensors Market = $28.9bn
Condom Market = $11.6bn
Dental Implant market = $4.99bn
Armor Materials Market = $13.59bn
Cancer Treatment (microspheres) = $5-$15bn

Total = $330bn-340bn
