I posted this on the Sintx board back on June 1st but failed to post it here too. It was removed for being "off-topic". There is no better example of what i've been warning about here and on the Tesla board than Netflix, and Obamas produced, 'Leave the World Behind'. A month before the release of that movie i referenced the 'Parabale of the Drowning Man' here to JoeV2 which had recently been re-brought to my attention as i re-watched West Wing. This is symbolically important because it directly links to that movie as the daughter references that exact parable from the exact same source. What does 'Leave the World Behind' depict? Technology going out of control and failing. Thats what we will see more of; Tesla and other smart cars going out of control crashing, planes control systems failing leading to them falling from the sky, large ships losing propulsion control, powergrid failure, etc.. Expose metal to the right combination of fields and it causes the molecules inside to vibrate, potentially transmute, leading to fracturing. I am not sure what goes on when a metal becomes soft, loosing its industrial strength. However if our structures like bridges, railways, buildings experience this, it leads to sudden spontaneous collapses that no amount of inspections will see coming. Two bridges have collapsed in different Russian regions bordering Ukraine, derailing trains, killing at least seven people and injuring dozens, Russian authorities said. “Part of the train fell onto a road underneath the bridge,” Khinshtein said, adding that the locomotive caught fire, which was quickly extinguished. The Kursk incident came hours after a highway bridge collapsed onto railway tracks, derailing an approaching train, in the Bryansk region late on Saturday, Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations and regional officials said. “The Tesla malfunctioned and began to speed up” as he exited the highway, San Francisco police wrote in a report, describing Zheng’s account. “Zheng stated every time he stepped on the brake of the Tesla, he felt the car accelerate.” According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, Renwick was driving his Tesla Model S on a Florida interstate when his vehicle left the lane and collided with a truck. This caused a chain reaction with a total of five vehicles involved in the incident, including at least one tractor-trailer. Johan Helberg was fast asleep in the early hours of Thursday when a huge container ship crashed into his garden, narrowly missing his home on the bank of Norway’s Trondheim Fjord
What is the point of that parable? Is it to indicate that God gave his devoted follower messages to warn him about something incoming only for him to ignore those warnings/help and die because of it?
Bridges collapse in two Russian regions bordering Ukraine, killing seven
A bridge collapsed in the Kursk region early on Sunday when a freight train was crossing it, acting Kursk Governor Alexander Khinshtein and Russian Railways said on the Telegram messaging app.
“Unfortunately, there are seven fatalities,” Bryansk Governor Alexander Bogomaz said in a post on Telegram, adding that 66 others were injured, including three children.
“Three victims are in serious condition, including one child,” he said, with a total of 44 people hospitalised.

It looks as if my previous post invoking 'Leave the World Behind' was well timed. Either that or fate really wanted to emphasize my point.

Recently I re-brought up the Netflix movie 'Leave the World Behind' and several things depicted in that movie have occurred since. First there has been a cargo ship that lost control and managed to end up parked next to someones house, then two bridges collapsed in Russia causing train derailments, out of control Teslas (these happen weekly), and now a Boeing 787 Dreamliner fell from the sky mere minutes after takeoff killing hundreds in the plane and who knows how many on the ground.

Yet more evidence proving i was correct that the whole extraterrestrial UFO thing was a psyop, counterintelligence, to cover up secret weapons program of the US. However this WSJ article would leave the reader to believe that flying saucer tech does not exist, that the weapons developed was other technology. Meanwhile there is evidence that flying saucer tech was invented in Austria and further developed by the Nazi's before the tech and scientists were seized by the US and Russians post WWII. So I would say that this WSJ article is itself disinformation using partial truths to help cover up secret programs that have existed since the 1940s when the tech was brought here to the US.
The Pentagon Disinformation That Fueled America’s UFO Mythology
U.S. military fabricated evidence of alien technology and allowed rumors to fester to cover up real secret-weapons programs
In fact, a Wall Street Journal investigation reveals, the report itself amounted to a coverup—but not in the way the UFO conspiracy industry would have people believe. The public disclosure left out the truth behind some of the foundational myths about UFOs: The Pentagon itself sometimes deliberately fanned the flames, in what amounted to the U.S. government targeting its own citizens with disinformation.
At the same time, the very nature of Pentagon operations—an opaque bureaucracy that kept secret programs embedded within secret programs, cloaked in cover stories—created fertile ground for the myths to spread
Now, evidence is emerging that government efforts to propagate UFO mythology date back all the way to the 1950s.
At times, as with the deception around Area 51, military officers spread false documents to create a smokescreen for real secret-weapons programs.
Concealing the truth from men like Salas and deliberate efforts to target the public with disinformation unleashed within the halls of the Pentagon itself a dangerous force, which would become almost unstoppable as decades passed.
Also yesterday it seems a giant cargo ship ran aground...hmm

Well they took the baby goat that magically appeared on my property on April 12th away yesterday. Turns out it was not a gift but that this 10 week old goat managed to wander 4miles or so through various properties, up and down hills, and navigate my fence line to find where it could get onto my property for it to get on the property. Its absolutely amazing that it navigated all that in less than 12hrs; purchased on the 11th got away the morning of the 12th and arrived just at feed time. It also amazing that it found my property and clung to my goats as soon as he found them, yet ignored any of the neighbors that may have had goats along the way. The owners apparently only posted on the nextdoor app and asked its immediate neighbors, yet ignored posting a flyer on the community bulletin board next to the mailboxes. Personally if i were in their shoes i would have done both, that is of course if i were on the app that is. R Wesley Sierk III (13) 289,856
Of course i do not believe this is what actually happened. Someone brought that goat, for some purpose, to my property. The tracks i found that led this goat to mine did not come from where it could get under the fence or over it, but the very middle of the property walking up the steepest part of my driveway that runs the middle of length of the property North-South.
I can only surmise that this was a ploy to get me on the nextdoor app and/or for me to build relationships with other people you've likely hired Mr. Sierk, if you are indeed the same person i believe that came to visit me Jan 2019. You look like the guy i met and he claimed to be a Hollywood producer like you are. I have no intention of befriending them or the neighbors you put next to me.
This would be the same Mr Sierk that participated in the recent private offering...conveniently timed as Sintx explores strategic opportunities. Merger seemes like the only direction for Sintx. Its not gearing up for expansion in manufacturing.

Is Zimmer going to surprise me and make a move sooner than i expect on Sintx or its IP? I wasnt expecting this yet with a possible detour before this, but i have to ask. Regardless, I fully expect Zimmer Biomet to come out of the closet in regards to its involvement with Sintx IP at some point.
According to the following information Sintx new board member Chris Lyons helped Orthogrid Systems sell to Zimmer Biomet in 2024. This makes 3 out of 4 of the Lyons that have been associated with Sintx confirmed to have connections at Zimmer.
There was no need for Dr Bal to step down if this was going to happen.

When i said stay away from my properties/family, this includes my mom FYI, i was implying the neighbor to the South as well and anyone else connected to this or involved with spying. I assumed the castrated male Boer (2-3months old purchased that day), that just "magically" appeared on my property, before the beginning of Passover (last Saturday around 5pm), was a sign of acknowledgement/peace offering type thing. Now the neighbor to the South, which had ceased contact for some time after i asked if the father or grandfather were ex-military, suddenly was talking across the fence today; really odd to answer no on the father but refrain from answering on the grandfather. Only reason not to answer is because someone told her not to and that is suspicious all by itself regardless of the answer. Nothing wrong with being ex-military i just know your affinity for using them for this sort of thing; including that gentleman at the Bayside RV park that tried to get me to take him to a private beach 2018/2019.
I had to warn my mother about this because she had a gentleman caller that was pursuing her who fit the usual ex-military with a disability and just so happened to need ortho surgery. Havent heard about him again since so i hope that means she listened or he cutoff contact.
Passengers evacuate Delta plane after engine fire - Engine Fire
Passengers have been forced to evacuate a Delta plane after an engine caught fire while on the tarmac at Orlando International Airport in Florida.
Video on social media shows smoke and flames rising from the right engine, and passengers exiting the aircraft down inflatable emergency slides.
Delta flight 1213 was set to depart Orlando, famous as the home of Disneyworld, for Atlanta with almost 300 people on board. There are no reports of any injuries.
"Passengers were evacuated. Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting team promptly responded," the airport said in a post on social media.
The Airbus A330 was carrying 282 passengers, 10 flight attendants and two pilots, Delta said in a statement to the BBC's US partner, CBS News.

Earth's magnetic pole shift: Sunscreen, clothes and caves may have helped Homo sapiens survive 41,000 years ago
There are multiple detrimental effects of solar radiation, including ocular pathologies and folate depletion (which can lead to birth defects and increased infant mortality), "so having protection against solar radiation would also have conferred significant advantage to anyone who possessed it," Garvey said.
Homo sapiens may have also ramped up their use of ochre, a naturally occurring pigment composed of iron oxide, clay and silica that has been used by many species of hominins for a very long time. People used it to paint objects, cave walls and even to decorate their bodies.
"There have been some experimental tests that show it has sunscreen-like properties. It's a pretty effective sunscreen, and there are also ethnographic populations that have used it primarily for that purpose," Garvey said. "Its increased production and its association primarily with anatomically modern humans (during the Laschamps) is also suggestive of peoples having used it for this purpose as well."
Until recently Sintx had 5 board members consistent with what a small company/startup would have.
To illustrate that thought, he points out that for boards of large companies, 12 members seems like a correct size. But, to him, 12 board seats would seem unwieldy for a small firm or a start-up. He believes for those businesses a five-member board works well.
Adis Vila, an independent director and president and founder of Vila & Associates, agrees that different-sized firms need different-sized boards. She believes nine to 12 directors are ideal for a company with revenues between $1 billion and $3 billion, while seven to nine members works for companies with less complex business dealings. However, she did identify a scenario in which it would be acceptable to house a surplus of directors in one boardroom.
Also adding Mr Moyes to the board allows Sintx to issue shares to him before any M&A event. Meaning another of Sintx early investors, in this case executive and former board member, are being taken care of.
Sintx just added 5 new directors to its board doubling its board members. The first one mentioned in the press release helped guide Sintx through going public. If there is going to be a Reverse Merger then he'll help guide it again through this transition.
Mr. Moyes served as CFO of Amedica from 2013 to 2014 and was a Board Member during the Company’s 2014 initial public offering and initial listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Two main businesses of NP Aerospace
There are two main businesses in NP Aerospace: the first focuses on composites and armor systems (CAS), while the other is a vehicle system services and spares (VSSS) business. Our CAS business is primarily dedicated to manufacturing protective armor for soldiers, law enforcement officers and vehicles, including hard body armor plates, ballistic helmet shells, Explosive Ordnance Disposal suits, vehicle armor, and other products related to survivability. Within that business, we also create commercial composites for sectors such as energy and transportation, with one of our bigger product lines being medical composites, within which we fabricate radiology beds for cancer treatment.
Some other familiar names or funds that seem to be associated with Anson and its conspiracy of funds. In addition to CVI & Intracoastal, 3i, LP & Alto Opportunity Master Fund, SPC appear associated with Anson and his family of funds. Either that or these funds often participate along with Anson. Also it seems Maxim is not the only one that deals with Anson and its funds as HC Wainwright does too. Alto Fund previously participated in a Sintx offering in 2015. 3i LP appears to be a first time investor.

The following spreadsheet shows HC Wainwright providing placement services for Predictive Oncology with over half of the funds associated with Anson being involved with the offering.
Funds highlighted in Yellow are believed to be associated with Anson Fund. The individuals in Orange are connected to HC Wainwright and are listed in Sintx private placement offering. So much of a placement agent with a better reputation attracting better funds. On the positive side, as i already mentioned, some of the investors in this offering are pre-IPO investors suggesting that this offering is different than past offerings. As in lining up certain investors for a payday.
Other investors worth noting are John Edwards, who i believe is Dr Edwards a Neurosurgeon in Provo, UT. There is also Kevin McAdams who seems to be the same Kevin McAdams who is VP of Managed Markets for Halozyme Therapeutics an Oncology company. Given Sintx relationship with NedMedical this is worth keeping an eye on.
All in all i do not think HC Waintwright found these investors. I think this list was provided for them.

It’s all a dream, no reason for someone to be defending Sintx, especially after they Doxxed you to us for the fraud you are. Think about first time you saw your info online and what time period it was, and how it wasn’t your usual suspects. Then think about who you have ever communicated with at Amedica at the time. One of those people did not like your BS, and if you looked hard enough you would see who that was and where they posted your info.
Sintx registered its private placement offering today and it had a few familiar names in the list.
First off is CVI & Intercoastal which i believe are part of a consortium of funds that have been shorting and distorting SINT for years. This would give me cause for concern if it wasnt for the others also involved in the placement. I wonder if several of these were early investors in Sintx before it became public? At least one of them is...Karl Kipke. Mr Kipke was a significant investor in Sintx before it went public and here again hes bought a significant portion of this placement. Of the 3m new shares, hes acquired 1/3 of that through MedTech Ceramics, LP (8) 1,014,508.
Consists of (i) 250,084 PIPE Shares, (ii) 257,170 Pre-Funded Warrant Shares, and (iii) 507,254 Common Warrant Shares. Mr. Karl Kipke is the general manager of MedTech Ceramics, LP..

To add to my previous thoughts on the change in Chairman at Sintx, i would like to point out that it is strange to elect Mr Olson as Chairman unless there is going to be a reverse merger. I say that mostly because of the fact that his CEO contract is setup to be temporary with lots of change in control language and thus his time with Sintx seems temporary. The contract was originally for 6 months with 6 month extensions is now 12 months with 6 month extensions. A change in control would result in him getting 2 x his highest annual salary in the last three year instead of the original 1. Plus all his options, etc, will immediately vest along with the companies newly position Chief Strategy Officer. On the subject of the CSO, Mr. Honigblum was added to the company in what looks like a way to reward him with stock options for the work he did when Sintx was a private entity. Its also possible he would stay on to help the newly merged company...only time will tell on that.
In addition to that, the press release indicated that Dr Bal "retired" as Chairman but will remain on Sintx Board. Usually when someone retires from a board they leave it all together. The whole "retirement" statement looks like cover for Dr Bal stepping out of the Chairman position so Mr Olson can take over. A big reason to make this switch would be for Olson to help guide Sintx through the reverse merger process as Mr Olson is skilled at taking companies public and navigating the RM process while Dr Bal is not. Once the RM completes he'd likely stay on as Chairman for a period after to help guide the newly formed public entity. He would be replaced soon thereafter. I doubt he'd stay on the board of the newly combined company but it remains a possibility. Meanwhile Dr Bal staying on is important for Zimmer Biomet to help guide Sintx development post merger. ZB would want to have 1-2 board seats to protect its interest in Sintx and Si3N4. Something its spent decades helping develop.
When this RM takes place i do not know, but it seems poised for this year.

P.S. A reverse merger with NP Aerospace, a private company in England, seems most likely scenario given the two companies ties going all the way back to at least 2016 when Sintx was working with NP parent company Morgan Ceramics. In 2018 when Sintx divested Amedica, NP was divested from Morgan Ceramics (Oct 2018 & Nov 2018). Sintx foray into Aerospace, Armor, Defense along with the necessary ISO 9001D QMS certification for manufacturing for these industries further supports this. Not to mention Mr Donald Bray who oversaw NP while it was part of Morgan Ceramics joined Sintx shortly after its divestment and the fact that both Sintx and NP were working on female specific body armor in 2024...likely together.
Mar 11th - Update: Cyril E. King Airport Resumes Operations After Private Aircraft’s Emergency Landing - Fire in Hydraulics
The Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas remains temporarily closed following an emergency landing by a private aircraft that was originally en route to the British Virgin Islands from Martinique. The plane, carrying one pilot and two passengers, experienced a critical mechanical issue mid-flight, prompting the diversion to St. Thomas.
According to officials, as the aircraft neared the BVI last night, multiple warning lights illuminated, signaling a fire in the hydraulic system. Recognizing the severity of the situation, the pilot made the decision to abort the planned landing in the BVI and instead proceed to Cyril E. King Airport, where the plane landed safely.
Mar 13th - American Airlines flight catches fire at Denver airport - Engine Malfunction
An American Airlines plane caught fire at Denver International Airport in Colorado on Thursday, sending passengers down emergency slides and onto the wing of the aircraft. Twelve people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, airport officials said.
The Boeing 737-800 plane was diverted to Denver shortly after departing from Colorado Springs, Colorado. While the plane was taxiing to the gate, the engine caught fire, and its passengers evacuated.
The incident, which sent smoke billowing across the tarmac, took place at approximately 5:15 p.m., local time.
I said this on Mar 9th but it is not the first time i suggested that this reverse merger plan, if it happens as i suspect, was in place since before Amedica became Sintx & NP Aerospace was divested.
If NP-Sintx RM, then watch for Zimmer Biomet to come out of the closet as well as other partners of Sintx afterwards. Its possible they tried to keep Sintx flying under the radar for this eventuality. If so this was planned before Amedica became Sintx and NP was divested from Morgan Ceramics in Oct 2018 & Nov 2018. Sintx and Morgan Ceramics were already partnered at this time...2016, possibly earlier.

Chances this could be a reverse triangular merger?
Chairman of Sintx, Dr Sonny Bal, just stepped down with the current CEO taking on the role as Chairman. Meanwhile Dr Bal will stay on the board. This maneuver is consistent with the reverse merger hypothesis with NP Aerospace. As Mr Olson has the experience necessary to navigate the process it makes sense for him to be in both roles to guide the company through the process. Once the merger is completed there will be a new board and chair which explains why Dr Bal is just a board member. Its highly likely, especially as NP Aerospace is the larger company, that it would have majority of the board seats and institute a chairman that is best suited to deal with military matters with medical being secondary. I suspect the current offering will be sold to NP somehow so that NP has controlling interest. This would give NP and its investors 2/3rd ownership of post merger company.
Olson's contract is geared toward him being at Sintx for a small period of time. Thus i believe he's only staying on as CEO/Chairman temporarily to navigate this process. Meanwhile Zimmer Biomet will want to maintain its interest in Sintx post RM. Thus is makes sense for Dr Bal stay on the board.
On March 7, 2025, the Board of Directors of SINTX Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Eric K. Olson to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Olson was previously appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors on July 31, 2024.
In connection with Mr. Olson’s appointment, B. Sonny Bal stepped down as Chairman of the Board and continues to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors.
Mar 8th - Cebu Pacific plane flies back to Mactan airport due to ‘landing gear issues’
CEBU — The Mactan Cebu International Airport Aviation Authority confirmed Saturday that an aircraft operated by Cebu Pacific made a return landing earlier that morning when it encountered “landing gear” issues.
Flight 5J 588 was bound for Manila and made a return landing to the Cebu airport at 5:29 a.m.
“MCIAA and its partner agencies promptly coordinated with Cebu Pacific and relevant authorities to ensure the safety of the passengers, crew, and airport operations, ensuring that all protocols were followed,” the statement read.
Passenger Remton Zuasola narrates that they were told to “remove all sharp objects and brace for impact”.
Passenger Swallows Rosary Beads and Attacks Flight Crew in Demonic Frenzy
I am not tracking this but i am noticing an increase in people acting crazy on flights. I've been wondering if EM radiation, which can cause psychological issues, is leading to this increase as well as increase in aircraft malfunctions?
An American Airlines flight to Miami was forced to turn back after a passenger—convinced that “Satan’s disciple(s)” had followed him onto the aircraft—swallowed rosary beads and allegedly kicked a flight attendant in the chest. According to the New York Times, 31-year-old Delange Augustin began “yelling and shaking” shortly after the American Airlines flight took off from Savannah, Georgia, on Monday night. The crew at first assumed he was having a seizure, only to discover that he thought there was some kind of demonic spirit in the cabin—and was swallowing rosary beads to protect himself from what an FBI report into the incident described as “Satan’s disciple(s).” The flight was turned around but Augustin allegedly attacked crew members again as it landed back in Georgia and had to be restrained by fellow passengers. Augustin’s sister, who was with him on the flight, told authorities they had been traveling to Haiti to “flee religious attacks of a spiritual nature.”

Space Force general: ‘Golden Dome’ missile shield requires Manhattan Project-scale effort
Golden Dome would be a comprehensive shield to protect the U.S. from an array of threats, including ballistic, hypersonic, and advanced cruise missiles. The system’s core components would include space-based sensors and missile interceptors, leveraging orbital vantage points for early detection and rapid response. Additionally, terrestrial and maritime platforms would provide layered defense, complemented by advanced communication networks to ensure seamless data-sharing and swift decision-making.
AUTONOMOUS AI ALGORITHMS WILL COORDINATE MULTIPLE SPACE LASERS AGAINST DEBRIS, METEORS, OR ATTACKS
September 11th was a false flag event. I have said this before and im reiterating it again due to the news of the Golden Dome. You could take this comment as crazy but thats only because you arent aware of two main things that prove beyond a shadow of doubt the US was behind the events of 911. Bush administration officials, in any event, told Congress last week that their missile defense plans, which call for possible "emergency" deployment of ground-, air- and sea-based defenses by 2004, could violate the ABM Treaty within months. If deployed, space-based lasers would be mounted on satellites. Snyder said the test envisioned for 2005 or 2006 most likely would involve launching a prototype laser into space and then firing it back at a target in the earth's atmosphere.
First pieces of evidence is the biggest. They show that the US desperately wanted out of the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile treaty, was mere months away from violating said treaty just months before 911, and that the US used the events as justification for leaving said treaty. Im only quoting parts of the articles but provide links to the articles for you to read. I strongly suggest you read and digest the articles if you want to understand that the US used the events of September 11th to exit the treaty. These two articles establish that the US had every reason to orchestrate the events of 911 on its own soil...aka a false flag.
Motive
U.S. Plans to Test Space-Based Laser To Intercept Missiles
July 17, 2001
"It's not clear we know how we're going to do that," Snyder said, speaking at the conference sponsored by the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command.
In the first Bush administration, a space-based missile defense initiative known as "Brilliant Pebbles" was considered but abandoned. It envisaged between 3,600 and 4,000 satellites armed with space-based interceptors.
Next part is President Bush remarks about the US exiting the 1972 ABM treaty on December 13th, 2001.
Today, as the events of September the 11th made all too clear, the greatest threats to both our countries come not from each other, or other big powers in the world, but from terrorists who strike without warning, or rogue states who seek weapons of mass destruction.
We know that the terrorists, and some of those who support them, seek the ability to deliver death and destruction to our doorstep via missile. And we must have the freedom and the flexibility to develop effective defenses against those attacks. Defending the American people is my highest priority as Commander in Chief, and I cannot and will not allow the United States to remain in a treaty that prevents us from developing effective defenses.
