LOL! Crooked Michael Ward ("CMW") a career investing grifter - just like his dad - has pulled this exact stunt TWICE on the same bunch of shockingly brandead pennyvestors. He let MRGE financials lapse and trading to stop, then sold PPs to his existing PPers and common stock baggholders on the premise that their munny would be used to bring MRGE current and trading again. THEN he let the financials lapse again and back to the Expert Market again this autumn and now he is taking cash CONtributions from the re-revictimized PPers and common baggholders ostensibly to pay to bring the financials of this one-man/no-office sham and gett it to resume trading using OTCM as the 15c2-11 sponsor.

Funnier still is that CMW is using the exact same scam story (natgas pipeline CONstruction in Mexico) with the exact same slide deck (only changing the name of the company) that he used in his Gambit Energy (GMEI) and Tidelands Oil and Gas Corp (TIDE) pennyscams years before this current MRGE swindle. CMW also pennyscammed with his pennyscamming daddy in ECCI as daddy showed him DaRopes of pennyscamology.

The MRGE non-cognoscente just keep on paying CMW endlessly, ignoring the fact that he has ripped them off numerous times already in MRGE. The MRGE baggholders are truly some of the dumbest people I have ever been aware of - and that is quite an accomplishment. I am aware of the LOCH suckers who then bought into the successor-in-innerest in "the tech" of the CDEX ticker which was set up by the same insiders who ran the LOCH scam. And they drained the CDEX PPers over and over and over thru 15 years of shearing those dumbass sheep.

And then, of course, we have the "rights offering" pennyscamtrick.

Even in view of this, the MRGE idiot-baggholders are even stupider than the LOCH/CDEX self-immolating victims were. It is fucking mind-blowing to see how incredibly moronic some of these pennylosers are; dumb to the bone marrow - and thru it.

I view this as fine, since the dumbass pennyvestors are too dumb to handle money. If they din't blow it in these painfully obvious pennyscam turds, they would just blow their munny on other scams - pyramid schemes, Creflo Dollar and other religious pay-to-gett-rich prosperity theology nonsense, real estate gett-poor-quickly schemes, Iraqi dinar revaluation schemes, Zimbabwe lottery scams, Nigerian princes who need someone willing to take a few million Dollars for simply providing their bank account info so the Nigerian prince can avoid taxes, and day-trading-for-a-living idiocy.

These numbskulls are extremely poor stewards of capital and, as such, really need to be relieved of it so that capital flows, eventually, to smarter hands that will shepherd it use more wisely - or just to trashholes like BOB LORSCH - eventually the capital will find much better owners of it who will deploy it into legitimate ventures that are nott pure scams.
