I don’t get how a company that’s already public can file for ipo vs uplisting to NYSE. Anyone have any knowledge on how that works? To me if they could get on NYSE through IPO it doesn’t matter at all what the share price is on OTC. But I really have no idea on that. Anyone know how that could work?
