In early December I asked Michael what his internal understanding of the up list timeframe looked like, he responded December 16th...
"The entire process from filing Form S-1 to completing an IPO on the NYSE generally takes between 3 to 6 months, though it can vary depending on specific circumstances."

I'm confident there will be lots of updates in this time frame, but they are clearly full steam ahead...
