It’s originally a US OTC ticker, around about 3-5 years ago they got the duel listing in CAD. US is the main listing, heck it was even a OTCQB ticker here. Being they are current SEC filers and produced the 8K, didn’t even do a PR, I have zero worries on the US. I was told they are going to try and keep a duel listing.
