JRoon, The petition to the Supreme Court does not effect the timeline of the suit. Who is buying Amarin? I am not aware of any offers. I think I will continue to monitor things that are happening. I know from your perspective that must seem silly.

The court cases are a complete and utter waste of time to focus on. Just look at any trial they can take 5 years to get to trial if they ever do. Do people really want to sit around until 2030 waiting on a court case? Hikma can delay this like crazy.

If Hikma continues with the stall tactics, aren’t they just adding to potential damages they would have to pay?
