Well that's ONE of the big reasons for the current SP And once company takes money from public/shareholders it has duty to provide shareholder value which of course is a foreign concept on this board
Go look at their PRs. When they were getting financing every other month, the were pumping with bi-monthly PRs. The "quiet period" always came around when there was no news or the news was crap (like changing the endpoints and whole trial protocol AFTER all patients were treated and most were deceased and the OS was worse for the treatment arm).
The company's discretion is to cover up bad news, plain and simple.
