Didn't Missling say that he would meet with the FDA after the paper was published?

And yes, the timeline starts when Anavex finally files the NDA, whenever that is.

Dr. Missling had said they went to the EMA to discuss possible paths forward and to his surprise(?) they recommended filing for full approval.
I wonder what the share price would be now if that hadn't happened.
