Actually it is not the submission that is being "celebrated" it is the acceptance of the application that is being celebrated. That and the news that there are now two peer reviewed paper that have been accepted and will be published.
All good steps forward. The market seems to like that news. 7.388 millions shares traded and up 31% as I type.
