You really need to talk with someone who understands the law and stop relying on your own confused interpretations of complex, totally unrelated, and mostly political lawsuits!

STOP TRYING TO MISLEAD OTHERS!

First and foremost you are dead wrong about who the critics are here! The bulk of those posting critically here, I believe, are harmed shareholders with no collusion whatsoever aside from a common anger at management for destroying their investment!

Secondly, opinions like "DBMM not long for this world" are protected speech and are definitely NOT defamation! If I, or anyone else, portrayed myself as a financial expert and was giving financial advice to a paying client and said that, sure, that could be actionable. Intelligent and experienced posters stating their personal opinions (most after considerable research) of past similar cases is why iHub is a great site!

I closely watched an attempted lawsuit against iHub posters for defamation that was FAR worse than hurting someone's feelings. The CEO had his subpoena for identities quashed, ended up owing TRIPLE the defendants (iHub's) legal costs, and skipped the country to avoid paying!

If the company is really so damn naive to believe that there are naked shorts posting critically here that are colluding to harm the company, I hope that they have deep pockets and a strong desire for public embarrassment!

That "not long for the world" statement still holds true to this day. DBMM cannot continue to operate at such huge losses. At some point the loan money will run out and they will be forced into bankruptcy liquidation. Not that they have anything of value.

I just don't understand why you continue to try and mislead traders with complete nonsense. All anyone has to do is look at the numbers in their audited 10k to see this company is just days away from bankruptcy. It could come today, tomorrow, or next year. If they don't start generating some revenue, bankruptcy will be coming like a freight train and current shareholders get $0.

So how about you stop trying to con traders with lies in hopes of them buying this stock? Take your own advice and let traders do their own due diligence. If anyone wants to buy this garbage after reading their latest audited 10k then they deserve the loss.

THE COMPANY would have to PROVE that bad actors are specifically trying to depress the price.
No one here is trying to do that. Linda sucks for 22 years now, obviously cant run a company. Looks like DC is a lemon.
Personally I think this company 'could' succeed if Linda was gone.
NONE of the above is attempting to depress the price. On the contrary, as a shareholder I have an opinion, that is my right.
Others post clips from the filings, nothing wrong there unless the filings are.

So go ahead and gather your proof but be wary of the countersuit. Those 'cases' you quote have many traits that just arent found here.
