We're not privy to individual by individual data, so we can't say if 100 percent (or 95 percent) of the 2b/3 population is no more than early AD. We have Anavex's word for it, and we do have the circumstantial evidence that the AB 42/40 plasma biomarker hit which, according to Doc, corresponds to Stage 1/2 AD, while tau and NfL, corresponding to later stages (again, according to Doc), didn't.
