I agree with the Lebby assessment. CEO requires different skill sets and may not be his strength. He probably did not have a trusted team that shares his vision.
The new management and board are all insiders, and were probably not fully on board with his vision.
I am hopeful. The insiders willing to take on the CEO and president jobs show that they believe in the company and tech. The immediate challenges are obvious and dunning: getting a contract before the ASM, restoring investor confidence, and avoiding being kicked out of Russel. After that, gaining leadership position in commercialization. Right now, TFLN and NLM are ahead of us.
Let's give them some time and support them.
