RMB, I have no way of knowing Denner's true intentions. What I do know, is that he is up to something. And my gut tells me it is not going to be good for shareholders.

Another all-time low made today.

If any of you were substantial institutional shareholders, would you not be screaming for the company to do some marketing? ANY marketing? Maybe publicly support the company?

Nobody finds it odd that the entire company, the entire board, and the hedge fund shareholder that took over the company have been completely silent, save for one lame presentation, which was nothing more than the same "business as usual" content from their quarterly CC's? And that the CEO didn't exactly light the world on fire with excitement in his presentation?

Sorry, but this strategy is just not "normal", and wreaks of something. And I'm sure it's no coincidence that the new CEO and new CFO both resigned.

What will get us over $1? Italy? 🤣 C'mon. Starting the share buyback? OK, well what exactly are they waiting for then? Sarissa starts buying again? Same question.

So, what's going to get them over $1? A R/S? that takes several months to execute because it requires a proxy vote. So it would have to start happening soon.

Do you think maybe Denner WANTS to get delisted? I bet he could scoop up some REALLY cheap shares at that point. Nobody wants to hold a significant position of illiquid, delisted shares.

There is only one simple answer: time & increase of approval in several countries.

Stock split 1-10 Open High Low Close
Low 10/19/1998 $15.00 $15.00 $12.50 $12.50

High 11/19/2001 $268.50 $281.00 $265.10 $279.70
1/10 stock split actual value$26.85 $28.10 $26.51 $27.97
Profit $15.47
123.76%
So if you take $0.46 X 123% =$1.0293 after 3 years , that was the best they could do in 1998 after 3 years + 1 month
Please correct me if I am wrong or if my math has flaws.
A buyback right now makes no sense , because there is no volume and it would take for ever
for AMRN to get the $50 million Completion. When the stock is above $1.00 and the volume goes back to $5 to & million daily
as it was last year in November and this year in march ( some days), then should startt to buyback.
Only the nickel & dime approach as some say will work. Once we reach a dollar the delisting goes away
and hopefully additional sales come in from newly approved countries. I do not believe that institutions will
wait until the price is $5 to buy into the company. Once they see substantial additional sales realized (I see the 13 F filings for
the 3rd & 4th Quarter and some of the institutions are buying shares at $068, $0.90, Kynam Investments, BNP Paribas, etc.
just to name a few.
