2B unknown, yes to both but that would not conclude that Citadel was in on Merck's strategic planning of where to allocate capital and expand capital. Citadel is certainly a bad actor that hopefully will be punished soon via the lawsuit. Merck is well positioned in the pharma oncology industry, a strong BP to hold shares of and has been slow to expand BCG supply but connecting the two companies to destroy NWBO is not a conspiratorial connection I would make.
