That 800k seller will need to lower the SP or dump on the Bid eventually. I don't see any news coming out that would create a buying spree up to that SP and gobble up the shares.
I am guessing the unrestricted shares came from the departure of Susanna Song. There was another departure after the Technology division was sold as well. I believe those restricted shares were from the insiders. The issued shares I also believe had to do with converting their class a shares. It just seems to happen too close to her departure to be something else
