THIS IS BIG NEWS...
BATAVIA, Ill., November 17, 2023 --?High Wire Networks, Inc.?(OTCQB: HWNI), a leading global provider of managed cybersecurity and technology enablement, has partnered with Exclusive Networks (Euronext Paris: EXN), a global leader in cybersecurity, to provide enhanced capabilities for Managed Endpoint Detection and Response (MEDR).
The new partnership involves integrating High Wire’s Overwatch Managed Cybersecurity Services with Exclusive’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) offering that is provided by SentinelOne (NYSE: S), a global leader in AI security.
The combined offering builds upon Exclusive Networks earlier announced expanded North American partnership with SentinelOne, and makes Exclusive Networks’ EDR technology a more comprehensive MEDR solution.
The new MEDR solution will be available to Exclusive Networks’ more than 2,500 customers across several markets, including MSP, MSSP, banking, finance, education and healthcare.
"We chose to partner with High Wire Networks for their ability to provide a tremendous value-add to SentinelOne through a managed service that includes end-to-end support throughout the customer journey," said Exclusive Networks SVP, Brian Vincik. "Together, we will be shaping the future of security and connectivity, and ensuring our clients will experience the highest levels of protection and innovation in an ever-evolving digital landscape."
Chris Catanzaro, vice president of MSSP at SentinelOne, added: “The combination of High Wire’s Overwatch managed security services with Exclusive’s specialized cybersecurity capabilities, extensive partner ecosystem, and reach into organizations with diverse networks spread across multiple geographies will help us further penetrate a key target market—one that can benefit from comprehensive autonomous protection backed by best-in-class, fully managed 24/7 cybersecurity services.”
High Wire’s Overwatch managed cybersecurity solution takes EDR to the next level by layering on open Extended Detection and Response (XDR) and its proprietary Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) technology—all managed by its Chicago-based security operation center (SOC). Together, these technologies effectively cut through thousands of alerts, and enable rapid user drill-down when addressing real cyber threats. The platform delivers enhanced operationalization of cybersecurity that allows a company’s security posture to continuously evolve with the ever-quickening pace of cybertime and the intensifying prevalence of cyber risk.
“Our new partnership with Exclusive Networks, an industry-leading provider of EDR, creates a major new channel for our Overwatch managed services,” commented High Wire COO, Stephen LaMarche. “Powered by SentinelOne’s advanced AI security technology, it expands our reach across North America, and opens the door to providing additional offerings, such as our technology enablement services.”
LOL!! Yes sir.
do you mean, you were trying to buy more at .07? anyway, i think 41% with 1 mil volume is going to be a big deal. Wouldnt be surprised if this made its way up towards .30 to .50 before they try to make a move to uplist. well have to see. HWNI
Dang it. It was trying to buy more at $7
It is unfortunate because it was a great company that has been around for 23 years. However, you have to know what is making your peers successful. Many companies have reseller programs, but their sales staff is the main driver of the sales. These arrogant CEO's that think they are better than lazy sales people don't understand that you have to have them to compete as there are generally multiple bids that companies negotiate. If you do not have a sales staff to navigate the negotiations, the only sales you will get are lay downs which are not very common. They got lucky with the multi million dollar deals over the last couple years and thought that was not luck, but their expertise. They have not landed ANY multimillion dollar deals lately and probably will not with the program they have in place. Mark needs to check his ego at the door and realize that marketing is not his wheelhouse. Get a salesforce in place or this will die. I don't care what new technology they have, they need a staff to sell it.
Good to see a fresh perspective of reason and facts.
Well then tell me what you think will cause that type of move. Definitely not the channel partners. They have 625 and pretty much do nothing. They brag about not having a sales force in place because of their reseller program, but a sales staff could easily double the revenues in a year. The reason they don't have a sales force is because they don't have money for one. That is why they need the notes. This is an incredibly competitive market going against companies that are listed. They have definitely not outperformed their peers over the last 2 years. The new guy with his untested patent is the only hope right now. Cheap shares are the only thing bringing investors on board. Kizer's profit is anything over .075 and the new one is .10 and .15. I am sorry, this is very troubling.
im definitely NOT selling based on that. ive been in many otcqb companies that did the same thing, and the stocks ran over 1000% at some point. I havent been
in this one for more than 2 years just to miss out on that. HWNI
They mentioned uplisting 2 years ago. They really did not put together a good plan to get there. It looked like with the stock agreement with the Kizer's, they were going to get listed in April and a reverse split would be on the table. I am sorry, but they just issued the largest convertible debt in their company's history. Again, the 18 month maturity of .10 and .15 for warrants over 5 years....it just isn't going to attract buyers. The dip in the price and the volume since the announcement is proof.
maybe it has to do something with their wanting to uplist to nasdaq capital market? idk HWNI
Not bashing at all. They just sold ADEX this year and received revenues for it. Why are they going out and raising $5 million in convertible notes? The notes and warrants are well below the high 2 years ago. How is that bashing? After being in business for 23 years and doing as well as they claim, why can't they get a better deal? Dilution is never good. After divesting ADEX, why didn't they buy back shares? That is generally what a company does when they sell off a revenue generating division. Their RPS has been diluted pretty bad. These are just facts.
oh cool. our first resident basher! things might be lookin up! thanx HWNI
Sorry, it is not that good anymore. This is a massive convertible note. The $5 million loan was very telling. First, they have a .10 conversion price set for 18 months. It would not be that low if this was a promising stock. Also, they have warrants going out 5 years at .15. A high interest rate loan would be better. This dilution is so bad it will never see .50 equivalent after the split. Again, any time a company needs to do a convertible note...that is really bad. They were bragging about cleaning all those notes out then they get the biggest convertible note in the company's history.. After being in business for 23 years and they still need this type of financing, there is not future. Everyone that bought at .60 will lose money on this guaranteed.
for anyone interested in todays great news! WELL SOON BE GOING TO NASDAQ!
"This favorable financing, particularly in the current tight credit markets, is intended to bolster our financial position while strengthening our shareholder base with institutional investors,” commented High Wire CFO, Curtis Smith. “It is part of our broader plan to eliminate high interest debt and secure more favorable growth capital as we launch new products and prepare for our expected uplisting to a major U.S. exchange.”
Its just some idiot who had a few million shares and slowly trying to get out over the last 18 months. I bet they're almost done. And with a number of people buying him out over the last few months, the move up will be epic. Id love to see his face when he sees this above .50
You can ignore his posts. He just posts random bullish cheerleading posts and never replies.
no its not. are we looking at the same thing? its been stuck .095 to .115 forever. ugh HWNI
Couldn't agree more! But hey,it's August on the otc.
According to the filing they had to do to remain on the OTC, there were still 5 million shares in convertibles outstanding. Since it was filed, I believe we have only seen an increase of 1 million shares in the O/S. So, I would assume this is the remaining shares that are being converted.
I see the selling but honestly it’s on very low volume. I feel sorry for the little guys who are throwing in the towel and selling their small lots. You’ll know if there is a real problem if there is selling on real volume. Until then I’d say this is incredibly undervalued and you just have to know what you own. Ride the waves.
Ok... I'll bite.
Please explain your theory of how market makers are holding this down for someone to accumulate.
this is how the MMs hold the PPS down so the heavies can accumulate. Ok, i guess youre new to this.
Who is dumping the shares that are being accumulated?
Where are the shares that are being sold coming from?
me neither. This is crazy how we can buy .10s for this long. I think People IN THE KNOW are accumulating bigtime. HWNI
That's a long ways off. If they blow out earnings again, than who knows where the stock price could be. I don't know of a better,or more undervalued stock on the OTC than this one!
So get out of the stock then lmao. HWNI
There has been a lot of selling this past week. The past few trading days have had more sells than buys by a large margin.
This will be well into the 60 cent to $1 range before they have to reverse split in my opinion
A reverse split will be required for uplisting purpose. There is no avoiding that.
If the convertible notes are gone..a reverse split will not be a bad thing.
No way. This is going to be an epic run due to a solid company. You dont find these often!
