CDEL is a famous diluter and short seller. It may be a security move for them as I am sure that part of the 150% jump was a short squeeze. Again, you have to consider who makes money selling at those prices. There are not many shareholders unless you have flippers. Anyone knows with the volume this has that 800k shares will not be bought up in one day.
