There are tons of rules and regulations and the fines for not abiding for these rules are the equivalent of fining me a 1/4 of a penny. The rules are in place so they can simply say they have rules in place but the lack of legit enforcement is almost as bad as the actual crimes taking place. They are ALL Financial Terrorists IMO. Citadel, Susq, Virtu, and heads of useless departments (SEC FINRA etc) can all get F'ed
