Block 4 had seismic done and could have gotten an extension.. Kosmos received an extension and others in the EEZ so by law if necessary had the legal right to receive one also...STP has no real standing as reported that one (some )in their position as Govt reps accepted bribes from Kosmos regarding block 4 That was NOT necessary as a deal was made in summer of 2024 with Shell. Same baloney you and your buddies have been trying to argue for the last at least 10 years looks like not much time left we shall see ...aye
The AEI article also preceded the date that the ANP-STP chose to enact the Tax Enforcement Procedure and put the 85% of Block 4 up for bid. Of course, this led to ERHC putting out its CE but the only known result of these actions was that Shell ended up with the 85% while ERHC has gone "away from the...legacy licenses".
