Block 4 had seismic done and could have gotten an extension..
Kosmos received an extension and others in the EEZ so by law if necessary had the legal right to receive one also...STP has no real standing as reported that one (some )in their position as Govt reps accepted bribes from Kosmos regarding block 4 That was NOT necessary as a deal was made in summer of 2024 with Shell.
