That date, however, precludes the expiration date for the rights that were contracted to ERHE. ERHE had more than sufficient time to exercise those rights, and did exercise some, but they didn't pan out and no one was interested enough to give ERHE what they needed/wanted in the time frame set up in the contract. No one has said anything about rights being extended other than hopeful posters with no proof thereby.
