I would be concerned with what is happening to the business through this ordeal. The isMedia situation might be a good comparison - they lost pretty much all their cell phone business customers when they were shut down and forced to go private. If you were a Kib Plug Energy customer would you be sticking around to see what happens? I'd be headed for their competitors office myself. This appears to be a situation to run from, but the exchange of money and shares has already taken place. We're stuck.
