Unfortunately off label use will not be covered by insurance and it’s cost for most will be unaffordable.

You’re better off investing in an index fund than in NWBO. NWBO locked their data four years ago, took two years to release the top-line results, and now, a year has passed with no approval from the UK—likely because their drug doesn’t work. Anavex seems to be following a similar script. Both of these companies appear to be nothing more than scams.
