Do you know what else is public knowledge??? That Auctus could have been DILUTING shortly after the issue date in the PREPAYMENT CONVERSION, within 6 months, or after the 12 month Maturity date. They could have been dumping in Jan 2022 when it saw .2. These ALL would have been before the START of the SEC vs Auctus case that started June 2023. It does mean that less shares had to be converted to settle with Auctus🤣
BTW If you deal with a LOAN SHARK you will pay your debt one way or another. FACT
