Proof that they changed transfer agents? It's public knowledge. Proof that Auctus is using proxies to short XERI? That will come out when/.if the appeal goes forward and the discovery process forces Auctus to reveal its illegal activities. But there are a few knowledgeable people who are convinced Auctus was behind the dumping and more recently has been behind the shorting.
