KCC, you revealed the leak - at least one of them - the dozen or so that saw the phone call notes recently.
If there was a real leak into the investment community outside of existing shareholders I would expect not just the 3 days of buying we saw.
I'd expect a building snowball as news spreads further to more with deep pockets. It could still happen, but the test of $3.50-$3.60 so far is looking suspect as it appears to have not held ($3.41 as I write this), and I am suspecting there was no other leak than the one you mentioned re the phone call. I had hoped the industry had leaked news of a deal. A few other factors I mentioned yesterday may have added to a spike or even been mostly responsible..but not a deal leak.
I"m not sure why you think of me as a 'rat' simply because I decided that 'leak' about them working hard to close a deal by year end wasn't good enough to stay in the stock.
I didn't expect a PR yesterday as you thought - the follow-through I was referring to was more buying into PECC because OTHERS might have expected a PR (and some have said so) or good news/reports/feedback coming out of it.
After today the realization sinks in that if the 'we are working hard to close a deal' is really all there is, the last couple of months are coming quickly and that each passing day without news will feel a lot like deja vu as year end approached during the last 4 years.
As of this moment I'm glad I sold yesterday when it was at $3.90
Jimjet - I only made around $3k on some call options -- broke even on the shares I bought.
Re an alleged temporary alias - your off-topic remarks are off base -- you may pm me to discuss further if you'd like.
