Yep... Citadel even threw AF under the bus by pointing to his FUD hit piece on May 10th as reason for shorting. What they've learned since is that AF is a hired gun for Citadel and the others.
IMO Cofer Black has provided nothing meaningful to NWBO, absolutely nothing. Other than sucking company funds into his own bank account. The hope of him stopping market manipulation was just that, hope. In fact manipulation got worse as his tenure went on. The only thing that will stop this manipulation is Cohen Milstein via Laura Posner.
