Thanks Jim....... I'll check out that book....it's interesting your mention of when out in the sun you were getting red dots from exposure to the sun.......... I was getting those last year prior to eliminating most carbs from my diet...... now that I generate ketones for energy from my protein/fat diet, I didn't seem to get the red dots from sun exposure. That included 2 weeks spent on a Mediterranean cruise in 90 degree sunshine every day.
