WOW, that had to be depressing for the stockholders to read. One disappointment after another in that update. Probably was very hard for the man that is owed serious money from this company, to put out all that depressing news. Especially (most likely due to pressure), to finally comment on the FAILED SYNERGY deal along with the other FAILED deal they announced with MUNDIPHARMA. And again trying to pacify stockholders of these failures with lawsuits. Only problem is they admit they have no money for a lawsuit: "Assuming we secure the litigation financing, we intend to pursue our action against Mundipharma."

And seriously, does anyone really believe that BS excuse of why the dead SYNERGY DEAL???? WOW, the excuses just keep on coming!---- "We concluded and still believe they submitted false information to our management team. In June of 2023, BioElectronics terminated the contract." LOL, YEAH we believe you, then show us the contract!!! WOW!!!

Does that mean they aren't pursuing it. Sure looks that way what a shame......

Let's analyze this PR.

Current Medical (RecoveryRx) Sales
Summary: Sales suck. Safe Harbor Pump: maybe the VA will buy some. And maybe we can get back into the Veterinary market, even though we failed at that years ago and said it didn't matter.

Additional Clinical Trials
As if BIEL needed any more clinical trials that don't specifically target opioid use. We already have FDA clearance for OTC full-body pain. This Carpal Tunnel clinical trial won't qualify BIEL for NOPAIN Act reimbursement. Speaking of which: No comments about NOPAIN, Rick? Listen to your shareholders: That's their #1 hope right now.

Possible Legal Action against Mundipharma for breach of contract
They've been hyping this since last year. Tiny little BIEL is going to take on Mundipharma? How would this "litigation financing" work? Where would the trial take place, in the US or Asia? Why do they think anyone believes this pipe dream? I guess it's the only prayer for real money since Rick says "we're going to manufacture, not market."

Synergy Corporation Contract
Kelly Whelan kept saying "we will tell you about Synergy when it's appropriate." Rick is telling us that it was officially over in June 2023. It wasn't appropriate then, but you're deciding it's "appropriate" now?

Other Possible Sales Contracts
Staelin has used this line before: "These discussions are in different stages of progress, from discussing final approval and registration, to initial exploration of possible interest." It's Safe Harbor hype. Not even a hint about the deal Kelly Whelan suggested on FB that they have in the works.

No mention of the NOPAIN Act, Ilfeld's studies, the higher-power version, The Q-Submission, the expired patents, the corporation's current "NOT IN GOOD STANDING" status, the funding Staelin said the company needed because he was tired of doing it himself.....

And no mention of all that fine work towards getting BIEL's products approved for the new European MDR requirements? After all those boxes they checked?

And no mention of even ONE significant order in 2024? Staelin has always mentioned orders of $100,000 or more when they t happened. Guess it didn't happen in 2024.

The 911 trades from July through October were in preparation for THIS?

WOW, that has to be depressing for stockholders to read. One disappointment after another. WELL, at least they have FINALLY conceded the Synergy deal is dead. But really was there ever one? I guess we will never know, now. Finally someone addressed that questionable deal only after pressured for answer, Funny that in both cases, he wants all to believe that neither failure was THEIR fault. Sure sounds like desperate and questionable explanations for BOTH FAILURES on THEIR part for announcing those deals as fact to their stockholders. This just seems like another shady event in a PINK SHEET investment .

And the soap opera continues ------- with no increase in sales to support a profitable business ------------ OH WELL!
