WOW, that had to be depressing for the stockholders to read. One disappointment after another in that update. Probably was very hard for the man that is owed serious money from this company, to put out all that depressing news. Especially (most likely due to pressure), to finally comment on the FAILED SYNERGY deal along with the other FAILED deal they announced with MUNDIPHARMA. And again trying to pacify stockholders of these failures with lawsuits. Only problem is they admit they have no money for a lawsuit: "Assuming we secure the litigation financing, we intend to pursue our action against Mundipharma."

And seriously, does anyone really believe that BS excuse of why the dead SYNERGY DEAL???? WOW, the excuses just keep on coming!---- "We concluded and still believe they submitted false information to our management team. In June of 2023, BioElectronics terminated the contract." LOL, YEAH we believe you, then show us the contract!!! WOW!!!
