What you are suggesting is that you hire a different 3rd party to obtain manufacturing approval and perfect Flaskworks

They had a third party for manufacturing DCVAXL called CRL. CRL could have severed just nicely at least until UK/FDA approval. Heck Linda had her own private CDMO Cognate financed by NWBO which Linda sold to CRL. Powers could have started other trials with WF cash injection but she chose to build Cognate

Many early-stage cancer biotechs work with third-manufacturing parties nothing new about that. But Linda had to have her second own private CDMO Advent financed by NWBO which took and is still taking all the oxygen out of the room for NWBO to develop other venues aka other medical trials.
