Thats an absolute which is BS. Never go green.
If Powers has arranged a $350 million investment for Joint Trails then the SP will skyrocket even if DCVAXL were to be denied approval in the UK.

NWBO will go 10,000% in a very short amount of time on approval news in all four trial jurisdictions. We are worth well over $30. In fact we will be around $42-47 depending on if we get approval for all high grade brain cancers in addition to newly-diagnosed and recurrent Glioblastoma. Being able to meet this demand with Flaskworks will most certainly support that valuation. The math isn't up for debate. Those who argue the opposite with pending federal civil litigation should know these matters can be referred to federal law enforcement and interpol quite easily.

It’s impossible to predict the market response and certainly low calling it ahead of time is a common thing for shorts.

In 2020, without a lot of news that would necessarily, immediately bring in income or cause immediate commercialization, just in finalizing the trial and buying Flaskworks out, the company went from the low .30s to $1.98 and $2.51 on an intraday trading basis.
