mets win two. atlanta wins two. arizona loses 1. and my dream scenario happens. Those games don't need to be played. And the mets probably stay in Milwaukee. No travel and Would have either peterson or severino to pitch game 1 followed by manaea, and than quintana.
Of course that would require the mets to get out of this sloppy mess they are playing this week (Granted only 2 games at this point), because the last two games they have been a mess and I'm being nice. Don't think we see alvarez today, actually shocked the talk was as positive as it was after the game. Than again with his deficiencies right now defensively against the brewers who want to run every chance they get that might be a good thing, although torrens can't hit lately so that is a problem. In the Post Game. Lindor say he has the trouble the most bending over, and for some reason nobody ever asks him or the manager why they don't just DH him. I mean Lindor clearly is playing hurt, so why not try to limit him a bit while he is in there dealing with this issue. I mean our current DH JD hasn't gotten a hit in 3 weeks (it is actually comical) and when they use winker he is 3/42 or something right now. So we are not losing anything let the kid play he was hot when he was playing, yes he will make his mistakes, but lindor is getting nothing on his throws and that is a problem at SS. Doubt they do this though my guess is he is starting at SS. Enough is enough though JD is got be out of the lineup soon it is getting absurd with his 0 for 3 weeks in my opinion.
