So, it’s NOT a scam when the company puts out a statement saying they have technology that will allow them to take over the entire global industry and then they do nothing. For years.

It is not a "scam". What happened to Beta vs VHS~? Beta was superior. VHS won out.

Market penetration, getting their technology recognized as superior, customer feedback and satisfaction. This all takes time.
Word of mouth and proof of concept.........all takes time.

I mean, yes. It is a scam in the sense that they make promises that never come to fruition and they dilute shareholders to death. With multiple RS involved.

Call that a scam. I won't argue.

Do they have a business at least equivalent to a lemonade stand doing a few dollars in biz and do they submit the least amount of filings necessary to stay on the pinks?

Yes as well.


Trust me. There is nothing you can tell me that says this is a scam that I would not believe.
