So, it’s NOT a scam when the company puts out a statement saying they have technology that will allow them to take over the entire global industry and then they do nothing. For years.
Or that they have hired “Executives” without naming who they are or what they do (which is illegal).
Or telling shareholders that they are doing business in multiple Countries, States and Cities without actually saying WHAT business it is or who it’s with or how much revenue it’s worth.
Or saying that they are staying afloat through private financing, but refuse to name who is financing them (yup, it’s illegal).
Or insinuating to shareholders that they will be listed on NASDAQ when they can’t even qualify to uplist on the OTCQB (that’s illegal too).
Or telling shareholders that they WILL uplist to the OTCQB and give a specific date for the uplisting, only to let that slide by without so much as an “I’m sorry.” (You guessed it - illegal)
Or creating a completely fabricated story of “naked shorts” to blame on failure and using paid awareness to push that stupidity into new investors in an effort to pump the share price for venture capitalists to sell shares.

You, of all people, KNOW it’s a scam.
Don’t start defending this dirtbag now.
