I have hopes (I am hoping) on Dennis Murray becoming an additional support to me on sales, especially in our Plane Seats Fractionalization, but, he is not a resource without retainer fee

Why even bother with this guy?

Not more than 15 - 20 people that too if they are ITUP shareholders have invested ....Rarely, that too if the person was introduced by RD, we have accepted an external investor.
And I have given them holding for $0.01 to $0.0667. Not beyond this... We have refused investments at $0.40 to $0.60

We are a very small group of shareholders. Although we do have a rather large ITUP shareholder group from the past. But most of those did not invest in Mycow even though they could as legacy ITUP shareholders.

And most of those shareholders we have today in Mycow is because of me. Or Traderfan, depends on how you look at it because Traderfan introduced me to ITUP like 4 years ago.

And we have only 8-10 investors on this forum, tops. So it's a very small group.

Close to $0.40 per token is what an Indian billionaire was willing to pay more than a year ago. Go figure. It was $43M for a 20% stake in Mycow. And although the money was sent, it was never released to us by the authorities. That is when we had to look for alternatives and sold two assets in India. The investor must be seething now, with gold alone valued at $9 per token, and potentially $250 a year from now.

With due respects, I may not have compensated the staff with cash

That is a very serious issue that you keep underestimating. I am convinced that had we been a publicly traded company then the stock (and the company with it) would have imploded COMPLETELY by now. and your 7 verticals would have been worthless. That is how serious it is. But the way it is now, we are non-reporting, we are not publicly trading, and the ITUP stock was worthless already at $0.0004. So nobody cares. And Mycow are private companies. We only have about 20 people (shareholders) who care at all. Which is pathetic, for someone targeting $108 billion valuation less than a year from now. But that is how extreme it is, folks. What I have been saying for a while. A company of extremes, like you have never seen before. But...... we shouldn't even be in this situation with proper normal basic standard debt financing.

You should be very careful about insinuating things that you know are not true and will turn into outright false perceptions.

The truth is, you offered him a sign-on fee to bring him back on board, along with a monthly base salary for his work. However, you’ve repeatedly delayed the payment on the sign-on fee, clearly because you don’t have the money to pay him.

To answer your question, RD, the person you’re referring to as "this guy" is someone we, in the real world, recognize as a highly capable manager with access to both funds and the right connections. And he is somebody who simple gets things done. He’s exactly the kind of person we want on board because we know he’ll deliver the ROI we’re looking for.
