I am a very transparent individual and I speak very straight and answer very straight...
Nowhere I have mentioned that we have money --- I have written very openly I am trying to generate sales and use that money to pay the staff and retainer ...
IT is a fact that we cannot have without a retainer ---
It is a fact that I have never had any sales person recruited paying retainer as that is not the practice in USA...
We recruit financial sales officers based on established book of business...
And this is hence I wrote, I am getting ready to pay retainer and taking risk though I am not convinced...
IT implies I am getting ready to pay the retainer ...
I also wrote, I would be paying him along with staff and to pay so, we are generating sales...
Nothing is a hidden fact here...I speak very openly --and I speak from my heart...
And lastly I wrote, I am hoping he will be better than me ..Not just him, even the other person from the bank...
We have not seen their selling ...we are hopeful...
RD knows here we recruited couple of biggies last year... Who had no clue on selling ...and they just vanished after a month...
My sentences are cautionary because of that reason
I do respect Mr Murray and I am hoping he will do well ... There is nothing wrong that I have written nor undermined his calibre to deliver...
