People also call ADC bio missile. Target identification is essential in enhancing its efficacy and reducing its toxicity. I think they are doing trials on combination of several ADCs. Of course, if the targets loaded on ADC are about bacteria, fungus, or any pathogens, ADC can hit those targets too. I suspect ADC would work on all mammals.

Did you see Vivek Subbiah's paper? We just need hundreds of precision medicines to generate millions of combinations.
